Guidelines for using our service responsibly.

What Paparaze is

Paparaze is an independent publication that shares magazine-style updates about publicly known celebrities. Our team follows a daily list of public Instagram accounts and the accounts they follow, and checks for changes. When someone we track follows or unfollows another public account, we post about it in the Paparaze members area. We report facts only: that a follow-list change happened. We do not state or imply why it happened - that rule applies to every word we publish. Each event also carries a short brief - a summary of who the two accounts are and what they have in common - drafted with a text-generation tool from the confirmed record and bound by the same rule.

Accounts and access

After payment, your access is linked to the email address you used at checkout - you'll sign in with it to use the Paparaze members area. Access tiers:

• Day pass - €1.99, one-time: 24 hours of access to the Paparaze members area. No subscription, nothing to cancel.
• Monthly - €4.99 / month: ongoing access to the Paparaze members area and the brief on every catch, billed monthly until cancelled.

All prices are in EUR and include applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price above until you cancel.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record and the legal seller. Creem handles VAT and sales tax (including Turkish KDV). Prices are in EUR and shown inclusive of applicable tax. Access is delivered immediately on payment: by purchasing you consent to immediate performance and lose the right of withdrawal once your access begins. Refunds are handled by Creem under its buyer terms and applicable consumer law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• screenshot, bulk-copy, resell, or redistribute our posts or content;
• share members-only content or your access with people who haven't paid;
• use the service to harass any person or to break the law where you live.

Accuracy, corrections, and takedowns

We correct mistakes quickly. If you are a person we cover, you can ask us to correct a post, to publish your response alongside it, to take down a specific post, or to remove you from our coverage entirely; we respond within 48 hours. Accounts belonging to minors are excluded. See our Privacy Policy for how to make a request.

Intellectual property

The Paparaze name, design, and published posts are ours. Instagram handles and public pictures belong to their respective owners and are shown for reporting purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We check what we publish, but we don't guarantee the service is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, where the service is operated, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
